Terms and Conditions of Attendance
By confirming your RSVP for the Zakai Baby Shower, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of entry:
1. Liability Waiver
Attendance is voluntary. You hereby release the Hosts and Venue from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or illness occurring during the Event.
2. Social Media & Content Rights
The Parents-to-be maintain a "Right of Refusal" for all digital content. You agree not to post photos or videos to social media without express approval. Any content deemed "not approved" must be removed immediately upon request.
3. Non-Disclosure & Anti-Disparagement
You agree to maintain the privacy of the Event and shall not share private family details with third parties. Furthermore, you agree not to make any public statements that disparage the Parents or the Event.
4. Financial Responsibility
Adult guests are responsible for their individual food and beverage tabs. A mandatory gratuity may be applied by the Venue and must be satisfied in full before departure.
5. Electronic Consent
Submitting this RSVP form constitutes legal consent to these terms, carrying the same weight as a handwritten signature.
